Please provide a sample if it's customized, we will further send you a proof sample and confirm product specification with you. Sample Making
1. Making a sample is free of charge.
2. Minimum Order Quantity:
In stock - no MOQ limitation.
Out of stock - has MOQ limitation, please contact sales representatives for further confirmation.
3. Manufacturing and Shipping: 15 working days; in-stock product shipping: 2 working days. (Shipping time is excluded in the above time frame.)

Per agreement / quotation between two parties.

1. Free Advisory Services: Termless after-sales advisory services to answer all your product related questions anytime.
(Please provide video, picture, model number, substrate, and product related information.)
2. Term of Warranty: It is suggested to use the product within 6 months. If any questions, please inform us within six months after delivery date.
3. Color Deviation: We use colorimeter (X-rite Ci6x spectrophotometer) for testing, ± 3.5% is acceptable and could not be the reason for requesting to return/exchange products.
4. Incorrect Specification: Please contact us if any mistakes attributable to us regarding product specification.
