Specification
- Applicable Materials: Automotive interior and exterior parts, building materials, ABS, PP, etc.
- Color: Natural metallic chrome, slightly darker compared with aluminum.
- Hot Stamping Temperature Range: 140 °C to 300 °C.
- Standard Size: 640mm x 120M, or customizable based on customer needs.
Exterior foil contains highly stable metallic chromium, which adequate environmental and oxygen resistance. First layer is PET film, which supports each layer. Second is release layer, it separates PET film from Top / chrome / adhesive layers. Third layer is Top, it's protective layer that decides colors and patterns. Fourth is metalized layer. The metallic luster of foil come from this layer. Fifth layer is adhesive layer, which could let foil attach on the substrate.
